The family of Michael Jackson testify at trial related to his death

Nearly four years after the death of Michael Jackson, the circumstances surrounding his death discussion again in a retrial following a demand from their families against promoter AEG, accused of negligence in giving inadequate medical care to the artist.

According to reports, jury selection will start on Tuesday in a Los Angeles court. The process could be extended for several months.

AEG Live is the promoter of concerts to be on campus to give Jackson O2, London, just before his death.

The demand, filed in September 2010 in the Superior Court of Los Angeles (California), focuses on the fact that AEG Live allegedly acted negligently in hiring Conrad Murray as Jackson's personal physician.

The musician's mother, Katherine, as contained in the demand along with the artist's children (Prince, Paris and Blanket), claiming that the contract he signed with AEG Jackson forced the firm to "act reasonably" about the physical wellbeing "king of Pop "and criticized the hiring of Murray without having thoroughly researched the history of the specialist.
